Refund policy
Return Guidelines:
If you are not satisfied with the product that you received, you can return the item by emailing our friendly team at info@movenpickcoffee.eg The returned item shall subject to the following conditions:
- Return the items within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Presents ‘as new’ in appearance is unused and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept used items.
- Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
- The item’s original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
- Returned Items must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
- We do not accept returns on any international orders. So please order wisely.
Movenpick coffee Egypt must authorise all returns before sending the item back to us.
Note: The Return and refund policy is applicable only in Egypt. For international orders, return of the product unless incorrect, damaged or faulty is not allowed.
Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, are faulty on arrival or you have simply an incorrect item in your order or it does not match the product description, we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. We will happily replace the item or refund the amount, as per your choice. Please email our friendly team at info@movenpickcoffee.eg We endeavour to replace or return the item within 3 business days of receiving your request.
Refund Guidelines:
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:
• if you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund as store credits or to your credit/debit card.
The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund in case of credit/debit card payment takes up to thirty (30) days.
NOTE: If you have cancelled your order before shipping and have paid by card, we will back the amount to your credit/debit card within thirty (30) days.
