Movenpick Coffee Egypt works effortlessly to make sure your orders reach safely and quickly. Local deliveries are carried by third party delivery companies who ensure best service possible. Check out the shipping charges below inside Egypt

- Shipping cost 50 L.E for orders within Cairo

- Shipping cost for other cities need to check with us

- Free delivery for orders more than 1500 EGP

The delivery is available in all regions of Egypt. It usually takes 1-2 working days to process and deliver the order at your door. Any order placed after working hours shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines, please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order.

Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer.

And for orders outside of Egypt, the import taxes, customs duties, and fees will be levied separately, depending upon the destination country. We cannot be sure of the charges at the time of purchase, as the custom policies vary from country to country. It will be charged once the order reaches the receiver’s country. Kindly consult your local customs office for further information.  Moenpick Coffee Egypt will not be held responsible for any issue that may arise.
